I Wanna Go Bach

Another collaboration with Ft. Hamilton! 100% raspberry blossom honey, agreed for over 8 months in a rye barrel. This mead was created to honor the co-founder's grandfather and his love of classical music, beekeeping, and raspberry blossom honey in particular. Subtle fruit notes from the honey balance the rye spice character and oak perfectly!
