Collaboration avec nos bons amis du Bistro L’Autre Oeil! Nous avons décider de créer une bière houblonnée de soif, chose que nous aimons partager entre nous :) Ici, les houblons Lemon Drop et Amarillo sont à l’œuvre avec un léger houblonnage à froid de Mosaic. Le tout résulte en une lager légèrement fruitée avec une finale sèche.Collab with our good friends at Bistro L’Autre Oeil! We wanted to brew a highly drinkable hoppy beer, something we enjoy sharing amongst each other. Here we feature Lemon Drop and Amarillo hops with a light Mosaic dry hop. The result is a slightly fruity lager with a dry finish.
