メインで使用したホップはHallertau BlancとNelson Sauvin。ホップからくる白ブドウを思わせる味わいが心地よく、また、苦みを小麦麦芽が優しく包み、スッキリとした仕上がりになりました。Hallertau Blancはドイツ産のホップで、Nelson Sauvinはニュージーランド産のホップ。また、麦芽はドイツ産、酵母もドイツ由来、と近年のトレンドであるアメリカ産「以外」の素材で造ったビールです。柑橘系とは一味違ったホップの味わいをお楽しみください。We used Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin as main hops. Hallertau Blanc from Germany and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Just put in a proper amount of these hops while boiling the wort, and the wheat malt enveloped bitterness, so it become refreshing finish. We used the malt from Germany, yeast also from Germany, and beer made from "Non-American ingredients".
