V4: Nelson & Riwaka DHV3 Archie: Same recipe with a Citra and Nelson Dry HopV2: Archimedes' Spiral is back with a brand new hop profile bringing the citrus, stonefruit & piney vibes. For this one we whirlpooled with Old, High School buds Columbus & Chinook & Dry Hopped with Kiwi heavyweights Nelson & Rakau. Same Spiral grain base, yeast & soft water. Is this the most drinkable Spiral to date? Let us know by checking it in!V1: Archimedes’ Spiral is the next installment of our Spiral series of Cask'y, Hazy & Super Hoppy Pale Ales. This time you can expect flavours and aromas of bright citrus, jammy stone fruit and sticky, piney resin jumping out of the glass. We've loaded the hot side with our favourites; Mosaic, Simcoe & Centennial and then added a huge cold side dry hop of mostly Idaho 7. It's an insanely drinkable pint!
