Blend of 4 berliner Weisses, of which one with apricot Belgian yeast, Brett B and C, another with Brett B and elder flower, and the last one with saison yeast and Brett B. All this blended with a sour brown ale, which has been aged on raspberries, cherries, cranberries. And some Oud Beersel Lambic. Dryhopped with Citra, Sorachi Ace and Amarillo.
