Of the Wild: Cousin Bob

Our friend and neighbor, Cousin Bob, was driving through upstate NY last year when he passed an orchard. He quickly swung around and packed his trunk with about 300 pounds of apples, and drove them right to us. We pressed them on our 130 year old press, and wild fermented them dry, like all of our "Of the Wild" ciders, and then aged it for just about a year. The result? A wonderfully funky and refreshing, medium bodied cider with earthy apple notes. It's cider fun with a k - or if you're Cousin Bob, with a J!
