A variant of THROUGHLINE BALATON (2019), our solera series of mixed culture golden sours, aged on locally grown Balaton Cherries. This portion of the batch was transferred into Two James bourbon barrels to age for an additional 9 months, before bottle conditioning with champagne yeast.
