This is a collaboration with Naryu Sake Brewery in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture. It is brewed using the same Iyokagiya sake yeast that is used in the flagship brand Iyokagiya's Junmai Ginjo Black Label and Urushi Black Label. The aroma is a refined ginjo scent reminiscent of white grapes. It has a crisp finish with a lingering barley flavor.The gentle acidity from the pomegranate adds a subtle touch of color.
