Short Days

Short Days is our new New England style session IPA. For this beer we focused on drinkability but also of course flavor. The base is primarily pale ale malt with small amounts of wheat and oats for extra body. We also dry-hopped it with Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc, which gives a really pleasant white wine character. Great for the short days of fall and winter.
