A blend from Ela Family Farms, a fourth generation Colorado Western Slope fruit grower, including Esopus Spitzenberg, Jonathan, Pitmaston Pineapple, Golden Delicious and other. This sparkling cider boasts the chatacter of tangerine, clove, fruit cocktail, a whiff of banana, and minerality. The bottle was aged 30 months sur lie and disgorged by hand.
