Field Studies: Dandelion

This mixed culture table beer was brewed using water infused with a large quantity of locally harvested dandelions, as well as NY state pilsner and wheat malt. It was fermented in french oak barrels with our Bloomfield house culture, before being further conditioned on more freshly picked flowers. This offering is light and delicate with bright acidity and presents subtle grassy and herbal aromatics.
