Here at Bracket, we love making hazy IPAs and this beer is a particularly rewarding one for us.We’ve been mucking around with a few different yeast strains and one in particular has been causing us a bit of grief. But nae bother, we’ve got that little fella sorted now. Then we double dry-hopped it with a few bags of our best Mosaic and Simcoe, because we felt like everyone deserved a treat!
