Pomona - Piña Colada

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, we’ve added a boat load of pineapple puree and some silky coconut cream for a sweet and tropical classic - the pina colada!
