We proudly present to you our new and improved oyster stout: Lavvann. 50kg of invasive Mediterranean oysters were taken from Oslofjord and culled for the purpose of this dark elixir. The meat went into the whirlpool, as well as the oyster liquor, and the shells went into the mash. The result is a stout with a touch of minerality, salinity, and great balance. Roasty, with a slight touch of fruitiness, this beer is perfect for sessioning, or pairing with seafood. Like oysters ???
