A soft and friendly little mild brewed with Maris Otter, some aromatic, and some midnight wheat, and modestly hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Opal.Notes of enjoyable responsibility, baking cocoa, caramelized pears, medium well toast, wet oak, and some small marshmallow.
