Great malt balance is coupled with bittering hop additions from the classic US hop Centennial. Additions of Azacca and Idaho 7 at whirlpool assist in aroma development and finished by dry hopping with Azacca, Idaho 7 and Mosaic, to give layers of tropical & citrus fruits, followed by subtle pine, floral and a touch of dried herb.
