Brewed in collaboration with Tom Counsell; winner of our Brew With A Pro competition, powered by The Beer Network.Scaled up and fine tuned this XPA is based on one of Tom's own recipes.Inspired by our Hoppiness XPA but even paler and more sessionable, a bit of citrus and a touch of Nelson Sauvin on top of an extra, extra pale base of pilsner, flaked wheat and toffee malt.
