Inspired by the innovative West Coast brewers of modern American Pilsner, we created a hoppy & bitter version that is easy-drinking, and bursting with bubblegum & pomelo rind flavours.This was achieved by fermenting with WLP-830-O German Lager Yeast, from the marvellous folks at White Labs, who also helped us brew this beer.Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Simcoe.
