Three years ago, we acquired Islay barrels from the renowned Speyside cooperageThese barrels were used to age our monster Imperial Stout, resulting in a brew filled with colossal aroma of moss with peaty/earthy undertones.This created our first Imperial Stout aged in Islay barrelsWe're excited to announce the release of a new edition of this monstrous brew, which has been aged for over a year longer (3 years total) for an even more intense and extreme experience.Each sip offers a unique combination of earth, water, air, fire, and time⏳, making for an unforgettable drinking experience.
