A session strength grape ale with a difference – we've thrown as much science as we can behind each and every stage of the brewing process in a bid to create something totally unique!With a base of 100% pilsner malt, we've paired both NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape must and Nelson Sauvin hops, and then gone totally overboard on everything else: water chemistry, aromatic enhancers, and just about every enzyme and technique we could think of. Full of passionfruit and tropical fruit salad aromas and flavours, with undertones of freshly crushed vine leaves, all leading to a crisp, effervescent brut finish that lingers long on the palate.
