100% Cryo-hopped, 100% fermented with Brett Grist: 2-row Barley, Triticale, Oat Malt, Munich. Hops: 100% Cryo Hops (Lupulin Powder) Ekuanot, Simcoe, Mosaic.Sometimes big things come in small packages. Brett was used for fermentation, allowing it to flex its mango and pineapple characterisics. Utilizing 100% Lupulin powder, we did as many reps as possible of Ekuanot and Simcoe in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with Mosaic. Our collaboration with Northish Beer Co. definitely didn't skip hop day.
