Barrel Aged Einstein’s Aperitif was aged for 32 months in both a Blanton’s and a Weller barrel before being blended together and conditioned on almonds, cherry, and Madagascar vanilla. With a chocolate-covered cherry aroma, we get smooth flavors of brownie batter, Neapolitan ice cream, toasted almond bars dipped in cherry cordial, and boozie black cherry soda vanilla ice cream float with a touch of barrel heat for balance.
