Cascadian Ale | 7.5%Cascadian Ale, much like a Black IPA but with a slightly lighter hue. This is a great example of a style that when done well is amazing and we are happy to say we have nailed this bad boy!Amarillo and Ella hops bring layers of spice, citrus, and mango, while the dark malts add dry chocolate and roasted coffee notes to the mix.The result? A bold, balanced juxtaposition in a glass. No fancy processes here - just a style we dig, and we think you will too
