“We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird,and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours,we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.”Dr.SeussTo pay proper homage to the spirit of Restaurant 'Outo,' or 'weird,' we brewed an apricot gose. This beer is based on a similar brew we created for Restaurant Ora last year, and we fermented it with a repitched yeast strain harvested from our Michelada Gose.The result is a multi-layered beer with fresh apricot flavors as the driving force, accented by hints of spices and a slight afterburn. We promise that any lingering heat will vanish when paired with the spice-infused, Asian-inspired dishes on Juho's menu.
