Nasus Tortus, Latin for twisted nose, the name of the peppery, spicy edible flowering plant, the Nasturtium. Our "Of the Flowers" series brings the beautiful and delicate aromas and flavors of flowering plants directly to your palate through the medium of Apples fermented dry. This Cider was conditioned on the flowers and leaves of a giant Nasturtium patch grown by our neighbor and friend, Mary, and conditioned for over a year. And what a surprise it is! Dry and wine like with subtle, unique, and unexpected characteristics that make it a true adventure for your palate. Enjoy!
