Bochet starts with a blend of Brazillian honeys that we slowly caramelized over an open flame. We ended the fermentation on the sweet side before aging in bourbon barrels for over a year. Flavors of toffee, molasses, dried fruit and bourbon barrel make themselves known in this lovely liquid delight.
