This beer is a classic English ale that you'd expect on a hand pump, half flat and half warm in an English pub (better than it sounds).The middle sibling to the Mild / Bitter (~3.2%) and the ESB (Extra Special Bitter 5 - 6%). The Best Bitter in-between'er in the family is the perfect session beer if you're of the malty, flavorful persuasion. Driven by a full and fruity yeast strain, it takes the soft carbonation + malty backbone and makes for a tasty session beer!
