We’ve thrown the works at this FRESH - wheat, oats, chit and light lager - delivering that lush white gold haze we love in our FRESH. A hit of Mosaic in the whirlpool laying down a soft tropical fruit base and then a dry hop made up of Oregon grown Strata, one of my favourite varieties loaded with citrus and pineapple, to which we’ve added some awesome small lots, hand selected at the last US harvest, that we’ve been saving for a special occasion. There's Hollingberry Cashmere, probably the best example of this hop that I’ve come across, and then a lot of Yakima grown Idaho 7 which our harvest notes described as ‘intense pineapple’.
