Fresh Hopped DIPA with Sauvignon Blanc Grapes AddedCan Release 9/21/24 - $21/4-packThis is one of the most unique DIPAs we've made! We added Sauvignon Blanc grapes to provide a vinous-tropical base to pair with Vista picked at Pedersen Farms (Seneca Castle, NY). Our friends at The Hop Guild overnighted the undried hops so we could dry hop with them less than 24 hours after harvest! The bright character of the fresh hops complements the green notes of the white wine grapes, resulting in a fresh, herbaceous DIPA with passion fruit and melon hop aromatics.
