Conflux is a Grisette brewed in collaboration with Kieran Haslett-Moore from Southstar Brewing. It’s a special convergence of the North and South featuring super citrusy Motueka hops from Garston Hops, malts from both the North and South Islands and Wilding yeast from Froth Technologies. Wilding is the first-ever commercial brewers’ yeast isolated from Aotearoa’s wilderness (the Rangitīkei District in the north). Its unique flavour profile brings a rustic funk, notes of banana, lemon, pear and spice with a dry and bitter finish.
