A bit of a sweet treat! We’ve brewed a simple, light-black ale base that naturally has notes of chocolate from the dark malts. Organic cacao powder was added to the the whirlpool to further get the chocolate action happening. Then we’ve doubled down as the beer was fermenting by adding organic cacao nibs and bagsful of vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.The result is lovely notes of sweet vanilla and chocolate, all sitting on a balanced dark base that doesn’t get too sweet or cloying.
