Mont Rigi

This bold and elegant Belgian-Style Golden Strong is brewed with a new winter barley varietal called Thunder, bred at Oregon State and malted by our friends at @admiralmaltings. This beer is fermented with traditional Trappist ale yeast and has a generous dose of Czech grown Saaz hops, for a fruity, floral, and spicy flavor. Mont Rigi is named for the mountain in the Alps, romantically referred to as "the queen of mountains."
