Enigma El Dorado Pale Ale

Описание

Polly’s is all about family and getting input from everybody involved at the brewery. We asked new brewers Matt and Guy to design us a beer of their choosing, and the finished product is an all out juice bomb of a pale ale. Enigma, according to Matt, is the “thinking man’s choice” when pipping for an Australian varietal, and Guy chose El Dorado because in his words, and we quote, “Juice is king, man”. Say no more – the brewers have spoken.
