Beer brewed to celebrate the 15th anniversary of PSPD (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Piwowarów Domowych – Polish Homebrewers Association). A three-year-old Saison, fermented with the addition of Polish apricots. Just before bottling, it was infused with Palo Santo wood for an extra layer of complexity. Bottle-conditioned.
