Oat Farmhouse Ale aged with ApricotsIt finally carbonated! What a welcome surprise. To those that were following on our Facebook page, we had some struggles with apricot blends carbing, but this one did very nicely! This blend uses organic apricots from California alongside a new base beer we're working on with oats. Sour and juicy! Two barrel blend.
