German-Style Pilsner w/ Burdock • 4.5% ABVOur collab with our friends at Burdock, with whom we’ve been technically neighbours with since the beginning of time, and that we are calling Foam Dome, is a German-style pilsner that’s perfectly balanced, with soft hints of melon and cantaloupe rind, the optimal amount floral on the nose and a chef’s kiss of noble hop character. As an experiment, we have both brewed the same recipe: our pilsner uses 100% Raven Czech Floor malt, Burdock’s (also called Foam Dome) uses 100% P.E.I. malt: pick up both and choose your fav!
