What is a cold IPA. What is this new thing tagged 'IPA'? All beer should be cold right...? We are not the first to do this style - Invented in the pacific north west it is a re-invention of sorts of the west coast IPA. Pouring a perfect clear pale yellow this IPA is fermented cold giving it a very light and dry body that makes this beer incredibly crisp and cleaner than a Singaporean bus station. Enhancing this crispiness is a smooth yet prominent, tongue coating bitterness giving length to the west coast style. At 7 percent there is a hint of alcohol sweetness to carry the balance and meld with the aromas of bright fruit, ripe citrus and cannabis.
