Fruity characters like gooseberries, passion fruit, granadilla paired with grassy residence flavors from the dry hopping. A solid malt backbone supports the strong and complex hop bitterness. Full bodied mouth feel with a slight alcohol warmth. Using only two American hops called Galena and Mosaic, the intense hop aroma reflects the aroma profile of these hops.
