Birdlip Echoes

Описание

This beer displays an alternate expressionof the cherries used to make Birdlip Hill. The skin and stone character is given more room, showing floral, lavender and sweet spice notes.True to type but more nuanced. The intensity of the cherries is softened but by no means diminished.
