For this new beer, we used premium Weyermann beechwood smoked malt. During the boil, we added locally sourced Qingdao hops to enhance bitterness, and after fermentation, we used Qingdao hops again to boost the aroma. To achieve a better taste, we cold stored the beer for 28 days before canning, resulting in a crisp, clean, and easy-drinking experience. The full process combines domestic hops with imported smoked malt—a fresh combination of rich malt flavors paired with the tempting allure of smoke.
