The Kykao team journeyed from Greece, smuggling brewing secrets across borders. Our mission was to prove that collaboration and shared wisdom can create truly exceptional beer.For our second cross-border collab, we smuggled in loads of carob from Turkey and paired it with chestnuts, roasted nearly to black! These were infused into a 40° Plato Imperial Brown Ale, resulting in a phenomenal stuck lauter that concentrated the flavors even further.The yeast fought with this monstrous brew, finally fermenting it to 14% ABV before giving up. This collab is a tribute to the deep, roasted, and bittersweet notes that define all intense relationships.
