Our next iteration into the haze world takes us into the southern hemisphere. Down under, many things may seem different, but the hops can easily stand toe-to-toe with all the new age American heavyweights. We opted on using a large percentage of oats in multiple forms to really drive home that creamy full mouthfeel. Layering Eclipse and Topaz hops throughout the brewing process brings out the best in what Australian hops have to offer. Expect bold notes of sweet mandarin and soft fruit salad.
