For our collaboration with Norway-based Lervig we made a hazy pale ale recipe together, inspired by and combining ingredients from the northern hemisphere - northern hops, simcoe and mosaic (much like in the collab brewed at Lervig) with a decent amount of blackcurrant. But we also added a touch of the south -mango- to balance, to unite the Olso with the Asli, to promote world peace...
