This beer has been designed by two of Switzerlands finest Doctors; Dr. Gab's and Dr. Brauwolf. The added Rösti resembles our goal to overcome the Röstigraben with this Swiss-German/French collab. 60kg of fresh organic quince has also been added that will bring your tastebuds cheering for more.
