Perhaps you remember Avalonia: Overture. Now, we’d like to introduce you to Epilogue, a Bière de Coupage that more closely follows the blending approach of the Belgian classics that inspired the two. Epilogue consists of approximately 60% wine puncheon aged Bloom’d, our open-fermented saison, and 40% spontaneous beer from our Music Vale Compositions program. There’s something truly special about this style - the combination of appropriately bitter/dry/hoppy saison with complex spontaneous beer is wonderful and we couldn't be happier with this beer specifically.
