Pomona - Mango + Vanilla

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, we’ve added heaps of mango puree and vanilla before packaging to serve you a tart, thick, and intensely fruity smoothie-style kettle sour ale!
