Brewed with local homebrewer James Pettifor. This Was one of James recipes that we scaled up and funked up. Brewed with Organic pale barley malt, wheat malt, and Organic First Gold hops. The beer was fermented with a mix of our house culture and a Belgian ale strain. Dry, Funky and Bitter!
