We made this hoppity-hop-hop West Coast IIPA with our good buddies from across town, 5168! Columbus, Simcoe, and Meridian hops were used in irresponsible proportions in every way we could during the brewing process. Mash hops- check. First wort- check. Boil- check. Whirlpool- check. Extended whirlpool- check. Dry hop- check. Double dry hop- check. There’s hops and then hops and then hops in this beer. If you don’t like hops, then get the hell out of here!
