Our "Of the Bine" series continues with a focus on German hops that bring lovely white wine character to our dry cider. After resting on Oats, we add a generous hopping of Hallertau Blanc, followed by a second hopping with even more Hallertau Blanc, along with a bit of Hüll Melon. The result is a cider with a beautiful White Wine/Chardonnay aroma on the nose, that is followed by notes of green melons and a touch of ripe berries on top of a medium bodied dry cider. Showcasing unique hops and hop blends and how they work with cider - it's our Of the Bine series!
