C.O.B. is a bone dry, sparkling orange blossom mead that was aged in a combo of used Cabernet and mead barrels for a total of 24 months. The floral, citrus notes of orange blossom hit you on the nose and front palate leading to barrel aged goodness, with the bubbles adding extra life to this already lively mead.
